Production

From Potato to French Fries

By using the latest technologies, we are able to produce a high-quality product that is delicious, well-shaped, and crispy.

From Potato to Croquette

To produce croquettes, noisettes, and other specialties, we reuse our best leftovers—small fries and potato slices/edges—to make potato purée, the base product of our dedicated production line.

Quality

The Secret of Success

At Ferfry, our priority is always customer satisfaction, and the key to this is high quality. Therefore, we apply the strictest hygiene standards in our production processes and maintain our comprehensive HACCP system in full operation. In addition, we certify our quality and assurance with our BRC/IFC Certificate.

Packaging

After packaging, our products are safely stored on pallets in our warehouse. With a total capacity of approximately 3,000 pallets, our warehouse allows products to be supplied to our customers quickly and safely once they reach the correct temperature.

You can receive your pallets in whichever way you prefer: either collect them yourself or let us deliver them to you. At Ferfry, we are always ready to offer the most suitable solution for you.
